1 liter (34 fl oz) water
1 pineapple
100 g (3.5 oz) sugar
700 ml (24 fl oz) whipping cream
100 g (3.5 oz) condensed milk
100 g (3.5 oz) hydrated gelatin
Directions:
Prepare the Pineapple Mixture:
Peel and chop the pineapple into small pieces.
In a pot, combine 1 liter of water and 100 g sugar.
Add the chopped pineapple to the pot.
Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 5 minutes.
Prepare the Cream Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine 700 ml whipping cream and 100 g condensed milk.
Add 100 g hydrated gelatin to the mixture and mix well.
Assemble the Dessert:
Once the pineapple mixture has cooled slightly, add it to the cream mixture.
Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
Fill the Milk Carton:
Cut the top off a clean, empty milk carton.
Pour the pineapple and cream mixture into the milk carton.
Refrigerate:
