Meat does not need to be beaten, it is enough to prepare it properly. After cutting, sprinkle the pieces of salt and black pepper well. You can use any other favorite spice depending on your taste.
Mix the mayonnaise and the mustard for the marinade in a bowl. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream for a lighter texture. Lubricate generously each piece of meat with this mixture, then turn it over and repeat the procedure.
