Sweet Bread with Cream Filling Recipe

Ingredients
For the Dough:
500 g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
10 g (2 tsp) instant dry yeast (or 30 g fresh yeast)
100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
200 ml (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp) warm milk
50 g (3 1/2 tbsp) softened butter
For the Cream Filling:
200 ml (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp) heavy cream
50 g (1/4 cup) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For Finishing:
1 egg yolk (for brushing)
Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, mix the yeast with warm milk and 1 tablespoon of the sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
