* Ingredients :
°1 kilo minced meat
°1/4 cup chopped onion
°egg juice
°Two tablespoons of ketchup
°2 tablespoons mustard (separated)
°2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (separate)
°1/3 cup panko rusk
°1 teaspoon kosher salt
°1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
°2 tablespoons bacon fat or olive oil (separate)
°Large onion, cut into thin slices
°8 ounces sliced mushrooms
°Two tablespoons of flour
°2 cups of broth
°Parsley for garnish
