Roasted Beet Salad Recipe

What you need:
four beets, medium-sized
2-Tbsp drizzled olive oil
Toss with salt and pepper.
If desired, add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
honey, if desired, 1 teaspoon
Garnish with fresh herbs like as dill or parsley, if desired.
Instructions:
Set the Oven to 400°F (200°C) before you begin baking.
Peel and chop the beets.
Remove any dirt from the beets by washing them well.
Cut the beets in half lengthwise.
The beets may be roasted with or without the skins, depending on your preference.
