220 g butter or margarine

300 g flour
1 ½ kg plum(s)
320 g flour
200 g sugar

This is how it works: First, beat the butter, 100 g sugar, eggs and 1 packet of vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then mix 300 g flour with baking powder and stir in.
Now put the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and smooth it out. Now pit the plums, halve them and place them on top.
