Just whipped up this amazing Biscoff Banana Pudding with Caramel – creamy, dreamy, and oh-so-delicious! 🍌🍮 I never thought banana pudding could taste this good! My family couldn’t get enough of it, and I caught my kids sneaking spoonfuls when they thought I wasn’t looking! 😍✨

Ingredients:

For the Pudding:

1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas, sliced
1 package (8 oz) Biscoff cookies, crushed
For the Caramel Sauce:

1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:

Make the Pudding:

1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, cornstarch, and salt over medium heat. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens and bubbles.
2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let it cool for a few minutes.
