JAMAICAN GIZZADA RECIPE

Ingredients
●For the crust:
•2 cups all-purpose flour
•1/4 cup cold butter (cubed)
•1/4 cup cold shortening
•1/4 cup ice-cold water
•1/4 tsp salt

●For the filling:
•2 cups grated coconut (freshly •grated is best)
•1/2 cup brown sugar
•1/4 cup water
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
•1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
