Homemade bread without kneading. The recipe is simple, just one, two, three. Lush, fragrant and with a crispy crust.

If you have not started baking bread because you were afraid of the complexity of cooking, then this recipe is for you! Thanks to it, at least every day you will be able to please your family with fluffy and fragrant homemade bread. There is no need to knead much.
The bread turns out quite moist inside, with large pores and a thin, crispy crust. Lovers of ciabatta, Italian white bread, will especially like it. Fresh yeast can be replaced with dry yeast, for this amount 4 g of flour will be enough (about three quarters of a tablespoon).

Ingredients:
Wheat flour 530 g
Yeast 10 grams
Water 420 ml
Salt 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Dissolve the yeast in warm water (37-39 degrees). Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add salt and pour in the dissolved yeast. Knead the dough of medium consistency. Cover the bowl with cling film with a small hole to let the air out and let it rest for 2 hours at room temperature.

Within 2 hours, the dough should rise twice and there will be many bubbles on its surface. Let’s not forget that our dough is no-knead, so, without overlooking it, we cover the bowl with cling film or a lid with a hole and send it to the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, take the necessary amount of dough. To make it less sticky, sprinkle your hands with flour. Roll the dough in flour into a ball (to do this, fold the edges of the dough down and inward).
