Homemade bread without kneading. The recipe is simple, just one, two, three. Lush, fragrant and with a crispy crust.

Place the layer on a sheet of parchment sprinkled with flour and let it rest for another 40-60 minutes. It is not necessary to cover. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 235 degrees. Make 3 cuts in the dough, move it together with the paper to a baking tray and send it to the oven on the middle level. Place another baking tray on the lower level and pour 1.5 tbsp. of hot water to create the effect of a bath. Bake the bread for 45 minutes, then remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack.

Homemade bread dough keeps well in the refrigerator for 2 weeks, so you can bake a fresh loaf before dinner at any time. Just don’t forget to cover the dough with cling film so it doesn’t air out. Friends will be happy to learn a new recipe – share it with them!
