Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 boiling bag of Minute Rice
I cooked it and refrigerated it for a couple hours. Best results when it’s cold
1 lb fresh or thawed frozen shrimp- peeled and deveined
About 1 cup of thawed frozen mixed vegetables or frozen carrots and peas (I pulled the green beans out)
1-2 green onions chopped
1/4 c chopped yellow onion
2-3 eggs
Soy Sauce
1 tbls sesame oil
A couple tablespoons butter (I only ever use REAL butter)
