Homemade and Delicious! 👩🏼‍🍳

Sauté shrimp in sesame oil- remove from pan
In same pan sauté veggies and onion in the butter
Push the veggies over to the side and scramble the eggs on the other side of the pan
Add in the rice- mix all of the other ingredients together, add the chopped green onion and stir it around a bit – then add the soy sauce.
I did not measure the soy sauce, but I almost used too much. So just go easy and add a little at a time. It’s really not much more than 1 tablespoon if even that.
Once everything is combined add your shrimp back to the pan.
Next time I might cut the shrimps into bite size pieces.
This made too much for just me, so I packed the rest up and sent it to my brother.
