Halloween Pizza Skulls
Introduction
If you want to impress your guests this Halloween, these Halloween Pizza Skulls are a must-try! These spooky pizza skulls look intricate, but they’re easy to make with the help of a skull-shaped baking mold. They’re stuffed with classic pizza ingredients like mozzarella, pepperoni, and marinara sauce, but you can get creative with the fillings to match your tastes.

Ingredients
1 package refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade pizza dough)
1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or other favorite toppings like sausage, ham, or veggies)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Cooking spray (for the molds)
Tools
Skull-shaped silicone or metal molds
Directions
Step 1: Prepare the Oven and Mold
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prep the Molds:
Lightly spray the skull-shaped molds with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Step 2: Roll Out the Dough
Roll the Dough:
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. If you’re using refrigerated dough, be sure to follow the instructions on the package for bringing it to room temperature.
Cut the dough into six rectangular pieces large enough to line each cavity of the skull mold with some overhang.
Step 3: Assemble the Pizza Skulls
Line the Molds:
Gently press each piece of dough into the skull molds, making sure the dough conforms to the shape of the skull, leaving excess dough hanging over the edges.
Add the Fillings:
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of marinara or pizza sauce into the bottom of each dough-lined mold.
Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by pepperoni slices or your choice of toppings.
Top with another spoonful of sauce and a final layer of cheese.
Seal the Skulls:
Fold the overhanging dough over the fillings to completely seal the skulls. Pinch the dough together to ensure it’s sealed tightly.
Step 4: Bake the Pizza Skulls
Brush with Oil:
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with garlic powder and oregano. Brush the tops of the pizza skulls with the seasoned oil for extra flavor and a golden crust.
Bake:
