Fresh & Flavorful Pasta Salad

  1. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, cook the Mueller’s Cut Macaroni according to the package directions. Once done, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables: While the pasta is cooling, peel and dice the cucumber, dice the tomatoes, and chop the green onions.
  3. Crisp the Bacon: In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Once cooled, crumble it into small pieces.
  4. Mix the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced cucumber, tomatoes, chopped green onions, and crumbled bacon.
  5. Add the Dressing: Add the mayonnaise or Miracle Whip to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Adjust seasoning to taste with salt, pepper, or extra mayo if needed.
  6. Chill and Serve: Let the pasta salad sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
