Peel and cut the apples into cubes or thin slices, depending on your preference. Set them aside for now.
In a nonstick skillet, cook the apples with a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon until they are tender and release their juices.
Mash the apples with a fork until you get a thick, aromatic sauce.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the eggs until smooth.
Add the oil and milk, continuing to mix until smooth and lump-free.
Add the applesauce to the mixture, stirring gently to ensure the ingredients are well blended. Combining sweet apples with the mixture will create a rich and flavorful base for your dessert.
Pour the mixture into a pre-greased pan and bake at 180°C for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown and the center is cooked through.
Check the doneness by inserting a toothpick: if it comes out clean, the dessert is ready.
Once cooled, cut the dessert into portions and serve. It can be decorated with more strawberries, a light sprinkle of cinnamon, or powdered sugar for a final touch of elegance.
