INGREDIENTS
– 3 pieces tofu, cut into small cubes
– 6 eggs
– 2 stalks green onions, finely chopped

– 3 red curly chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 4 shallots, finely chopped
– ½ teaspoon bouillon powder
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon ground pepper
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– Vegetable oil, for frying
DIRECTIONS
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Finely chop the green onions, carrot, chilies, garlic, and shallots. Slice the sausage into small pieces and cut the tofu into small cubes.
Step 2: Mix the Eggs
In a large bowl, crack the eggs and beat them well. Add the bouillon powder, salt, ground pepper, and cornstarch. Mix until fully combined.
