1 rectangular sheet of puff pastry
75 gr. of sugar
75 gr. of icing sugar
350 ml. of whipping cream
How to prepare Cream puff pastry
To make delicious cream puff pastry, the first thing to do is preheat the oven to 170º C, with heat from above and below. While it heats up, line the oven tray with baking paper and place the puff pastry sheet on top. Divide it in half and each part into three pieces.
Take a fork and prick the dough on both sides of the sheet. Then, sprinkle some of the icing sugar, also on both sides of the sheets. Then, put the tray in the oven and let the puff pastry bake until it looks golden.
