Crab and Shrimp Cakes Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped
1/2 lb lump crab meat, drained and picked over for shells
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for a lighter texture)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 egg
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or seafood seasoning)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt, to taste
1/4 cup flour, for dredging
2 tbsp olive oil (or more as needed for frying)
