Ingredients for the cupcakes:

1 and 1/2 cups flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 cup milk

For decoration:

Green colored buttercream (to make the tree shape)

White buttercream (to make the bottom layer)

Small colored candy balls

Red candy stars
