These are SO GOOD , like eating a rich crunchy BROWNIE cookie, AND NO SPREAD!! They don’t change their shape as they bake 👩🏼🍳

CHOCOLATE CUT OUT COOKIES (no spread, Yields about 34 cookies)
Ingredients
1 1/4 c butter softened
3/4 c granulated white sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. espresso powder (I used Starbucks instant coffee)
3/4 c cocoa powder
1 t. salt
3/4 t. baking powder
3 c flour
