1 burrata cheese
2 heirloom tomatoes
1 peach
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 tablespoon olive oil, more or less to taste
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze, more or less to taste
1 teaspoon fig glaze, or jam, more or less to taste
⅛ teaspoon salt, more or less to taste
Basil leaves, for garnish
