Burrata Tomato Peach Salad

Wash and dry the peach, heirloom tomatoes, and cherry tomatoes.
Core the peach and slice each half. Arrange the slices creatively on the plate.
Slice the heirloom tomatoes and place them alongside the peach on the platter.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and distribute them across the plate.
Place the whole burrata on one end of the plate, or tear it open and spread it out.
Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt to taste over the assembled fruits and cheese.
Add balsamic glaze and fig glaze or jam atop the burrata for added sweetness.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
