Ingredients to prepare Bolas de Fraile
500 gr. of flour
100 gr. of sugar
30 gr. of baking yeast
A splash of vanilla essence
Half a teaspoon of salt
50 gr. of butter
2 eggs
180 ml. of milk
Olive oil

How to prepare Bolas de Fraile
To make delicious bolas de fraile, the first thing we must do is put the flour in a bowl, shape it like a crown and add the salt on the edges, while in the center we add the eggs and crumbled yeast.

Next, we add the milk, which has to be warm, little by little, and then the sugar, the vanilla essence and the butter, which has to be soft.
