Mix everything well until you get a homogeneous dough. Shape it into a ball and let it rest for half an hour, so that it doubles in volume.
After this time, separate the dough into balls and let it rest for another half hour. Then, put plenty of oil in a frying pan, on a low heat, and when it starts to get hot, add the balls. If you let it get too hot, they can get too brown on the outside and raw on the inside.
While the balls are frying, put sugar on a plate, and when they have finished frying, coat them in this sugar. Delicious!
