Ingredients to prepare Apple Cake
250 ml. of milk
1 cup of flour
2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 kg. of reinetas apples
1 tablespoon of yeast (baking powder)
Apricot jam, optional
How to prepare Apple Cake
To make a delicious apple cake, like the ones my grandmother made me when I was little, the first thing we must do is peel the apples. Then, we will cut them into small pieces, except for the core. We will set one aside if we want to incorporate it later in the form of slices.
