Crockpot Potato Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Ingredients:
32 oz frozen broccoli florets
2 Idaho potatoes, peeled and diced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced (approximately 1.5 teaspoons)
1 can (14 oz) chicken broth
1/4 stick butter
1 block Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1 teaspoon flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
