KFC Coleslaw Recipe !!

Introduction:

KFC coleslaw has become one of the favorite creamy-crunchy dishes loved for its salty taste and crispy texture. Making it at home will ensure its freshness and allow you to prepare it according to your own taste. This is a simple recipe that gives you a chance to make KFC coleslaw from scratch, right in your kitchen.

Ingredients:

1 head cabbage – shredded

2 carrots – grated

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup buttermilk

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

 

 

 

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage with processed carrots.

Mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, white vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in another bowl until combined well.

Then toss with dressing over cabbage and carrots until they are completely coated.

Afterwards, cover your bowl and put into the refrigerator for minimum 60 minutes so that all flavors would merge together.

Finally give it another mix before serving it as coleslaw!

 

 

Hints for Success:

Chop the cabbages and grate the carrots finely enough to get a good textured slaw.

According to how sweet you want them or tangy you desire them to be; increase or decrease sugar as required by personal tastes.
