5 smoothie recipes for every day of the workweek

Monday – Grape and Banana Smoothie with Oats
1 handful of grapes (approx. 100 g)

1 banana, sliced

​​5-6 strawberries, halved

1 handful of spinach (approx. 30 g)

3 tbsp oats

200 ml water or plant-based milk

Tuesday – Green Detox Smoothie
1 handful of spinach (approx. 30 g)

1 apple, cored and diced

1-2 celery sticks, chopped

½ cucumber, peeled and sliced

​​200 ml water

Wednesday – Strawberry and Banana Smoothie with Spinach
1 handful of spinach

1 banana, sliced

​​6-8 strawberries

3 tbsp oats

200 ml oat milk or water

Thursday – Tropical Strawberry and Pineapple Smoothie
