1 ½ slices of whole wheat bread, crusts removed and shredded
1 cup Vidalia onion, chopped
3 egg whites from large eggs

½ teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
For the Topping:
¼ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 teaspoons brown sugar

Add the ground beef, chopped Vidalia onion, egg whites, salt, pepper, 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the bowl with the shredded bread.
