Fried Kefta without Oven

Fried Kefta without an oven – just add bread and you’re done!

Ingredients:

For the Kefta:

500g minced meat

2 grated onions (drained and rubbed with a pinch of salt)

Salt, black pepper, spices for kefta

1 teaspoon baking powder

Oil

Lamb fat (optional)

For vegetables:

1 onion, cut into julienne strips

1 hot green pepper and 1 bell pepper, cut into strips

1 tomato, sliced

2 tablespoons tomato paste

For the magic sauce:

4 green peppers (sweet or hot, depending on your taste)

4 cloves of garlic

½ bunch of parsley

½ onion

1 tablespoon vinegar

Salt, cumin, ground coriander
