Prepare Kefta: Mix the minced meat with the drained grated onion, spices and baking powder. Form balls or small sausages out of it and let it rest for a short time.
Prepare the kefta: Heat a large frying pan, add a little oil and the lamb fat. Fry the kefta balls, then remove and set aside.
Fry the vegetables: In the same pan, fry the onion, pepper and tomato until lightly caramelized. Then add the kefta and tomato paste and simmer briefly.
Prepare the magic sauce: Mix all the sauce ingredients (pepper, garlic, parsley, onion, vinegar and spices) until smooth.
Finishing: Pour the sauce over the kefta and vegetables, simmer one last time and then remove from the heat.
