π 6-7 mandarins (whole and peeled)
π₯ 3 eggs
π₯ 150 ml natural yoghurt
π₯ 150 g wheat flour
π₯ 100 g sugar (or erythritol for a sugar-free version)
π§ 50 ml vegetable oil (e.g. rapeseed)
π₯ 1 teaspoon baking powder
β¨ A pinch of salt
π― Optional: 2 tablespoons honey (to spread over the top after baking)
