A salad that empties the stomach and burns fat

πŸ₯’ 1 large cucumber
πŸ… 3 ripe tomatoes
πŸ§… 1 small red onion
🌿 1 bunch of parsley
🌢 1/2 chili pepper (optional, for spiciness)

πŸ₯„ 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
πŸ§‚ Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

1️⃣ Cut the vegetables
Cut the cucumber πŸ₯’ into small cubes (you can leave the skin on for extra fiber).
Also cut the tomatoes πŸ… into cubes and drain the excess juice.
Finely chop the onion and if you want to soften the flavor a bit, you can soak it in cold water for 5 minutes.
