Ingredients
1 package (14 oz) white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup each red and green candied cherries, diced
Step-by-Step Instructions
Chop the cherries into small pieces. Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with foil, leaving some overhang to use as handles later. Lightly butter the foil or spray with cooking spray.
In a double boiler over medium-low heat, melt the white chocolate chips with the condensed milk, vanilla, and salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
