Easy Apple and Raisin Cake

Ingredients

2 medium apples, peeled and diced
2 eggs
Pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla extract
50 g (⅓ cup) raisins
50 g (3 ½ tbsp) melted butter

90 g (¾ cup) all-purpose flour
5 g (1 tsp) baking powder
Directions
Step 1: Prepare the Batter

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt until frothy.

Add vanilla extract and mix well.
