Coconut Peanut Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients

100 g (3.5 oz) oatmeal
1/3 tsp baking powder
30 g (1 oz) coconut flakes

2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
40 g (1.4 oz) peanuts, chopped

50 g (1.7 oz) apple, finely chopped (optional)
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, baking powder, coconut flakes, and chopped peanuts.
Step 3: Add the Wet Ingredients

Stir in the melted coconut oil and maple syrup.
Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
Step 4: Add the Apple (Optional)

If using, fold in the finely chopped apple for a hint of natural sweetness and moisture.
Step 5: Shape and Bake
