Powdered sugar: 200 g (about 1 1/2 cups)
All-purpose flour: 700 ml (about 2 3/4 cups)

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and vegetable oil together until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla sugar, mixing well.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and powdered sugar. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
