Peach cake is easy to prepare!

5 tbsp milk
4 eggs
800 g peaches, from a tin
250 g flour, smooth
250 g sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 packet of vanilla sugar
240 g butter, soft

Preparation

First, preheat the oven to 160 °C (top and bottom heat) and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Now take the peach halves out of the tin, let them drain a little and cut into small pieces. (Keep the juice for a possible glaze).

Now mix the flour with the baking powder in a bowl.
