Peach cake is easy to prepare!

Next, beat the eggs in a mixing bowl, add the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and stir for about 5-10 minutes with the whisk of a food processor until creamy.

Then stir in the milk, carefully fold in the flour-baking powder mixture and mix all the ingredients briefly to form a dough.

Now put the dough on the baking tray and spread it evenly with a palette knife. Then spread the peach pieces on top and press down lightly.
Put the tray on the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake the simple peach cake for approx. 40 – 45 minutes. Once the cake has passed the toothpick test, take it out and let it cool.
