Next, beat the eggs in a mixing bowl, add the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and stir for about 5-10 minutes with the whisk of a food processor until creamy.
Then stir in the milk, carefully fold in the flour-baking powder mixture and mix all the ingredients briefly to form a dough.

Put the tray on the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake the simple peach cake for approx. 40 – 45 minutes. Once the cake has passed the toothpick test, take it out and let it cool.
