250 g of 00 flour
150 milliliters of water
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of instant yeast for savory pies (or 5 g of fresh brewer’s yeast)
Tomato sauce to taste
Mozzarella to taste (or cheese to taste)
Ingredients of your choice for seasoning (ham, mushrooms, peppers, olives, oregano, etc.)
Process
Preparation of the dough:
In a bowl, mix the flour with the yeast and salt. Add the water and olive oil and knead until smooth.
If you use brewer’s yeast, dissolve it first in a little water and then add it to the dough.
