Let the dough rest for about 15-20 minutes, covered with a cloth.
Writing:
Divide the dough into small balls (about 4-6) and roll them out with a rolling pin until you get oval or rectangular shapes, about 5mm thick.
Cooking in a pan:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook a strip of pizza for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Cover with a lid to help with cooking.
Seasoning:
Once cooked, remove the pizza tongues from the pan and add the tomato sauce, mozzarella and other ingredients to taste. Return the pizza to the pan, cover and cook for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Serving:
Repeat the process with the remaining portions of dough. Serve the pizza tongues warm and enjoy!
