Ingredients:
250 g of 00 flour
125 g of butter at room temperature
100 g of granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or grated lemon zest)
1 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
Method:
Preparation of ingredients :
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Dough processing :
In a large bowl, mix the softened butter with the sugar until creamy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract (or lemon zest) and continue mixing until the ingredients are well incorporated.
