☕Coffee Semifreddo ☕

4 teaspoons of instant coffee
20 ml of cold milk 🥛
3 tablespoons of condensed milk 🍶
500 ml of sweet liquid cream to whip 🥄
For the decoration:
Bitter cocoa powder to taste 🍫
Chocolate coffee beans to taste 🍬
Method:
Preparation of the coffee mixture:
In a small bowl, mix 4 teaspoons of instant coffee with 20 ml of cold milk until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Add the 3 tablespoons of condensed milk to the coffee mixture and mix well. Set aside.
Whip the cream:
In a large bowl, pour 500 ml of sweet liquid cream and whip it until stiff using an electric whisk.
Incorporate the coffee mixture:
Gradually incorporate the coffee and condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream, continuing to work with the whisks until the mixture is smooth.
Prepare the mold:
Prepare a 24 cm plum cake mold, lightly greasing it with a drizzle of seed oil and covering it with cling film.
