1 cup diced strawberries
For the French Toast:
8 slices thick-cut bread
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Butter, for frying
For Serving:
Maple syrup
Additional diced strawberries
Optional: Powdered sugar
