1.5 cups of kefir
1.5 cups of flour
1 glass of sugar
1.5 tbsp. l. cocoa
2-3 eggs
200 g of butter
1.5 hours l. baking soda slaked with vinegar
Cream:
boiled thick condensed milk 1 can
400 g sour cream
For decoration:
walnuts,
waffles,
grated chocolate
Preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar, add cocoa, melted butter, extinguish soda with vinegar, sift flour.
We get a beautiful bubble dough.
We grease the form with butter, cover it with parchment (baking paper), pour the dough.
Bake in a slow cooker: Baking mode – 1 hour 20 minutes, leave on heating for another 20 minutes without opening the lid.
Bake in the oven: 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, and another 25 minutes at 170.
Cut the cooled cake lengthwise into three to five parts, it is better to do it with a thread.
For the cream, you just need to thoroughly mix the ingredients, you can beat a little, but not for long, otherwise the cream will become liquid. And we don’t need it.
