Ingredients
2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 medium carrot, shredded
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp sesame seeds (toasted if preferred)
For the Dressing:
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated (optional for extra flavor)
A pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for a slight kick)
Instructions
