You’ve never tried a tortilla like this before! This great recipe surprised everyone!

Preparation:

Fry the minced meat in a little oil and season with salt and pepper, briefly fry the finely chopped onion and paprika.

Stir in about 3/4 of the drained tomatoes with the spices and simmer for 5 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat.

Mix the remaining tomatoes with a little spice and light cream. Place about half of them in a baking dish.

Fill the wraps, roll them up and place them in the tin and simply add the leftover filling to the tin.

Pour the rest of the sauce over them, sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Enjoy.
