500 g frozen raspberries, defrosted and drained

Preparation
First, whip the cream until firm. Then stir in the mascarpone, quark, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Now spread cream on the base of a rectangular pan, place a layer of speculaas on top and press it into the cream, spread a layer of berries on top, cream, speculaas (again press a little into the cream)…
The last layer should be cream, sprinkle this with cocoa powder.
Now just leave it to cool for a few hours. The speculaas will become soft. Done!
