In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, whole wheat flour, and cinnamon for the streusel topping. Pour in melted butter and mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the batter.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
