WHITE CHOCOLATE SALTED CARAMEL CHEESECAKE🍰

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in melted white chocolate and vanilla extract.
Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden. Cool completely.
For the salted caramel sauce: In a saucepan, cook sugar over medium heat until it turns amber in color, stirring occasionally. Carefully stir in butter and heavy cream until smooth. Add sea salt and mix well.
Allow the caramel sauce to cool slightly before pouring it over the cooled cheesecake.
